Raizer Lifting Chair

The Raizer Lifting Chair is a “simple battery-operated mobile lifting chair that helps a fallen person up to an almost standing position within a few minutes.”  It enables Crossroads to provide a vital service in the community, supporting people who have fallen.

With specialist training, Crossroads staff can assess the fallen person for injury, and safely support them to get back to their feet without the need of paramedics or an ambulance, which in turn, reduces pressures on the NHS services.

Additionally, because of our base in the Forest of Dean, staff can reach clients homes promptly.  This limits the detrimental impact of being on the floor for too long, which can cause unnecessary hospital admission, stress and anxiety.

For more information or to access the chair, please call 01594 823414 or contact Crossroads through this website.
