Memory Café

Memory Cafés are groups for people living with dementia or other memory related illnesses, their carers, families and friends.

Attendees come along and enjoy the friendly conversation and companionship, receiving advice and support from peers and professionals.

Multiple monthly and weekly groups run across the Forest of Dean.  The groups currently run in:

• Lydney
• Sedbury
• Cinderford
