End of Life Care

Crossroads specialist palliative care team provide support for people with a life-limiting illness.  It is our aim to support people and their families to maintain a good quality of life, including being as well and as active as possible.

 Our end of life care involves:

• Managing pain
• Emotional support
• Social and personal care
• Supporting family and friends
• Supporting people to be as comfortable as possible and maintain dignity, whilst providing emotional support and advice to family members

Crossroads support team are trained to the highest standard, proudly delivering compassionate care to families in Gloucestershire.

In 2018, we were proud to be awarded with the End of Life Care Award in Gloucestershire.  We went onto represent our county in regional finals, finishing as a runner up.
