Day Centre

Crossroads Active Living Day Centre provide a range of themed activities throughout the year.  The group provides people with care needs, or those living in social isolation, with a chance to improve health, wellbeing and their social lives in a safe, secure environment.

The activities promote independence and cognitive skills, encouraging participants to try something new whilst also sharing interests and hobbies.

Qualified staff, who are supported by volunteers, are on hand to assist with mobility or any aspect of discreet personal care.  Dementia Link Workers are available to support those living with advanced memory difficulties and dementia.
